Att. Rahmi Kuşcu graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 1993. He joined OKKE&Partners in 1993, right after his graduation. He studied at Galatasaray University and received a Sports Law Certificate in 2010. He continues her legal work as the associate attorney of our office. In addition, he is the official mediator registered in the Registry of the Department of Mediation.

Rahmi Kuşcu, who is registered to the Istanbul Bar Association, is known for his achievements especially in the fields of Criminal Law and Sports Law. During his working life, he took part in many known criminal cases and represented the leading people of Turkey. In the field of Sports Law, he provided consultancy services to the most important sports institutions in Turkey. He is also a member of the Health Law Institute Association and the Art Law Association.
