Enforcement law; checks, promissory notes, policies, loans of individuals and companies. It ensures that the receivables arising from the reasons are collected by law. Although enforcement law is generally expressed as money collection; it also covers issues such as the evacuation and delivery of immovables, the delivery of movables, the execution or failure of a job, the execution of the writs regarding the right of easement, the delivery of the child and the establishment of a personal relationship with the child. Bankruptcy Law; is a legal process in which people or organizations that cannot pay their debts can request to get rid of some or all of their debts. Bankruptcy begins and is enforced in most jurisdictions, usually through a court process initiated by the debtor. Bankruptcy is not the only legal status that a defaulter can have. Therefore, the term bankruptcy should not be perceived as a synonym for “inability to pay”.

Bankruptcy law, on the other hand, is known as general enforcement and the debtor’s responsibility is against all his assets and all his receivables.
