Hüseyin Boyrazoğlu
He was born on 12.04.1952 in Malatya/Darende. He graduated from Malatya TuranEmeksiz High School and after graduating from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1976, he did his military service in Hani as the Head of the Military Service Branch.
Boyrazoğlu, who started his career as a Malatya judge candidate; He worked in Adıyaman, Yeşilyurt, Gölbaşı, Kiraz, Söke, İstanbul DGM Public Prosecutor’s Office, Deputy General Director of Prisons and Detention Houses, Kartal, Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, Deputy Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice and Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office.
Hüseyin Boyrazoğlu, who was elected as a Member of the Court of Cassation on 18.01.2010, was elected to the Presidency of the Twenty-first Criminal Division of the Supreme Court of Appeals on 22.12.2014 by the Grand General Assembly of the Supreme Court and continued his duty as the original member of the First Presidency Board of the Court of Cassation. HüseyinBoyrazoğlu, who retired in 2017, is married and has three children.
Sadık Demircioğlu
He was born on 08/04/1956 in Kurşunlu. He graduated from Pertevniyal High School and after graduating from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1979, he did his military service in Lüleburgaz as a judge lieutenant.
Demircioğlu, who started his career as an Istanbul judge candidate; He served as Adana, Çorum, Hassa Judge, Develi Heavy Penal Court President, Justice Inspector and Ministry of Justice Personnel General Manager, respectively. Demircioğlu, who also speaks English, is married and has two children.
He was elected as a Member of the Supreme Court on 15/04/2007. While he was working as a Member of the 4th Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of Appeals, he was elected as a Member of the Supreme Election Board as a result of the election held on 21/03/2011 by the Supreme Court of Appeals General Assembly. Between 2017 and 2021, he served as the Head of the 4th Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court.
Mehmet Kürtül
He was born on 01/01/1956 in Osmaniye. He graduated from Osmaniye High School and after graduating from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1979, he did his military service as a reserve officer in Mut.
Kürtül, who started his career as a candidate for judge in Osmaniye, served as Varto, Çüngüş, Keles Public Prosecutor, Justice Inspector, Chief Inspector of Justice and Deputy Director General of Criminal Affairs, respectively. He has published articles. He is married and has a child.
Mehmet Kürtül, who was elected as a Member of the Supreme Court on 25/07/2005; While he was a member of the 16th Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation, he was elected as a Member of the Supreme Election Board as a result of the election made by the Supreme General Assembly of the Supreme Court on 25/01/2010. He served as a member of the Supreme Election Board between 27.01.2010 and 14.09.2016. While he was working as a Member of the Sixteenth Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of Appeals, he was elected as the First Deputy Chairman (Law Department) on 10.10.2017 by the Grand General Assembly of the Supreme Court. At the same time, he continued his duty as the President of the General Assembly of the Supreme Court of Appeals. He has published articles and a book titled Execution and Bankruptcy Crimes. Mehmet Kürtül, who has knowledge of English, was the First Deputy President of the Supreme Court and retired on 01.01.2021.
Prof. Dr. O. Gökhan Antalya
Born on 11.05.1958 in Alucra/Giresun, the son of retired Judge M. Kemal Antalya and Retired Teacher Reyhan Antalya. Dr. O. Gökhan Antalya is a member of the Salcıoğlu family of Şile, he is married and has two children. He attended the middle and high school departments of NişantaşıIşık High School, which he entered in 1969, as a permanent boarder; He graduated from the Science department in 1975.
He completed his undergraduate education at Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1979. He completed his legal internship at the Istanbul Bar Association; He is still a lawyer registered with the Istanbul Bar Association. After his candidacy as a judge in 1981-1982, he served as Deputy Prosecutor in Pazaryeri/Bilecik and Deputy Judge in Cizre/Mardin. Between 1982-1983, he completed his reserve officer in the Legal Affairs Directorate of the General Command of the Gendarmerie Legal Advisory. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Altunkaya
Prof. Dr. After graduating from the Faculty of Law, Mehmet Altunkaya completed his Master’s Degree at Selcuk University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Private Law. He completed his PhD in Private Law/Civil Law at Selçuk University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Private Law.
He is the author of Practical Studies of Property Law, Turkish Civil Code and Related Legislation, Introduction to Law, Responsibility of Spouses Resulting from Representation of Marriage Union, Initial Impossibility of Act, and has many works and articles. He worked as the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law at Akdeniz University between 2011-2015. Since 2015, he has been elected Dean of the Faculty of Law and continues his role.
Prof. Dr. İlhan Üzülmez
prof. Dr. İlhan Üzülmez graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1993. In 1995, he started his master’s degree at Marmara University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Public Law. He completed his master’s degree in 1997 with his thesis titled “Recurrence in Turkish Law”. In the same year, he started his doctorate at Marmara University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Public Law. He completed his doctorate in 2001 with his thesis titled “Torture Criminal in Turkish Law – Article 243 of TCK Amended by Law No. 4449”.
2003 – Dumlupınar University FEAS Department of Public Administration Legal Sciences – Assist. Assoc. Dr. Between 2003 and 2008, he served as the vice president of the Department of Public Administration at Dumlupınar University, where he worked as a faculty member. He took part in many meetings organized by the Ministry of Justice and the Union of Bar Associations within the framework of the introduction of the new penal legislation that entered into force on 01 June 2005. In 2007, he applied to the Interuniversity Board in the field of Criminal and Criminal Procedure Law and received the title of ‘Associate Professor’ as of 24.01.2008. In November of the same year, he was appointed as an associate professor to Gazi University Faculty of Law, Department of Criminal and Criminal Procedure Law. In 2013, he was appointed as ‘Professor’ to Gazi University Faculty of Law, Department of Criminal and Criminal Procedure Law. He is still working as a ‘Professor’ in the same faculty.
Prof. Dr. Ferman Demirkol
He was born in 1951 in Iğdır. He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law with a good grade. He served as a Labor Inspector and a Heavy Penal Judge, respectively. He completed his doctoral studies, which he started in Germany, in Istanbul Law. He later worked as a consultant at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In 1990, he was invited to Azerbaijan with the authority of a professor. He worked at the Faculty of Law of Azerbaijan Mehmet EminResulzade University.
He is married and has four children. He has nine published books alongside many published articles. He attended the Constitutional Law courses at Istanbul University Faculty of Law.
Doç. Dr. Fatih Aydoğan
He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law. He completed his Master’s Degree at Istanbul University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Private Law.
He completed his doctorate at Istanbul University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Private Law.
He has works titled Prohibition of Competition in Commercial Partnerships, Single Partnership, Insurance Law legislation, Commercial Law and Related Fields Bibliography, Turkish Company Law, Turkish Commercial Code.
He is experienced in Insurance Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Project Finance, Construction Contracts Law, Intellectual Property Law, Banking Law, Capital Market Law.
FatihAydoğan teaches “Transport Law” in Istanbul University Faculty of Law, among other courses.
