Att. Kemal Can Ökke graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law after completing his high school education at Beşiktaş Anatolian High School. Kemal Can Ökke, who first worked as a trainee lawyer and later as a managing lawyer in well-known Istanbul-based law firms, joined OKKE&Partners in 2022.

Kemal Can Ökke, who is registered to the Istanbul Bar Association, has represented multinational, local and foreign companies during his professional career and gained experience by taking part in many mergers & acquisitions, corporate and contract law transactions. He managed the compliance process of many companies with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, and focused on his work in the fields of Public Law and Inheritance Law. At the same time, he is the general secretary of the Health Law Institute Association.
